In this slow flow you will surrender into yourself and the breath, bringing you into a deep parasympathetic state, unlocking the nervous system and releasing emotions. Many people experience a deep sense of peace and relaxation and emotional release. The flow is perfect for people who have experienced trauma or someone who has trouble keeping up with more intense breathing patterns.

This is a transformational technique that can ignite intense inner exploration through entering into a non-ordinary state of consciousness.

In each session you are guided through an intentional and accelerated way of conscious breathing. This circular, connected breathing pattern allows you to access your subconscious mind, process and release repressed memories and emotions being stored in the body.

What is Breathwork? It is an ancient and incredibly powerful healing modality that can facilitate deep emotional, psychological, and physical release.

How you breathe affects your whole body. Proper breathing can help you sleep, lower your blood pressure, improve your immune system and athletic performance while increasing your overall sense of happiness.

No experience is necessary. Bring a journal, pillow, a blanket and an open mind.

Registration is required as space is limited.

NOTE: You are laying on the floor for the majority of the session.

Pregnancy, have a history of seizures, brain aneurysms, torn retina, glaucoma, untreated high blood pressure, heart disease or are recovering from surgery. This Breathwork session, good for beginners and advanced breathers alike, this journey provides the opportunity to accelerate your personal development journey.  experience combines a specially curated series of breath patterns and rhythms designed to facilitate a breakthrough. Have a spiritual experience. Release trapped emotions. Transform patterns. Enter deep meditation using the Elemental Rhythm Breakthrough Experience.

Full Moon & New Moon Breathwork

Keep your personal development journey on track. Harness the power of the monthly cycle of the full moon to release and the new moon to look forward. These sessions use the ERBE and meditations customized to help you release and renew each month. Good for newbies and experienced breathers.

Slow Flow Breathwork

Elemental Flow is a slower, more regulating breathwork experience. Great for reaching deep meditation, mourning and people with PTSD.

Men’s Breathwork

This class is a unique container for people who identify as men on a healing journey. This class moves through a variety of meditations and uses both the Elemental Rhythm Breakthrough Experience and Elemental Flow, depending on the needs of the group. Great for both beginners and experienced breathers.

Take your breathwork journey to the next level at the advanced breathwork session. We will go harder, faster and longer to help you go deeper and accelerate your growth.

This journey is the ONLY class that is not open to beginners.
