Stephanie

Hi, I’m Stephanie.

Perhaps you are like me. You’ve been doing all the things. Reading books, going to therapy, meditating (or trying!).

All these things helped some, but not enough. Self care felt like another list of things to do.

Despite all my lifelong attempt at healing, I was stressed and unhappy. I had trouble playing with my son. Who can play pretend when you are constantly troubleshooting and problem solving?? I couldn’t. I found myself being irritated easily. I was in pain and tired. I was plagued with stomach issues.

As a business coach for 15 years–I knew I wasn’t the only person drowning under family, business and trying to be a better person. My clients grew strong businesses, but were stressed and unhappy.

I knew the all the problems associated with chronic stress, but at at the current pace of life, I couldn’t figure out how to get ahead of it?

I am strong and I’ve overcome a lot, so I just kept going…

Then tragedy struck my family.

Surviving these challenges meant I had to level up my skills. At the recommendation of my doctor, I tried breathwork with the goal of lessening the constant state of fear, panic and stress.

I didn’t expect to heal childhood wounds and reframe how I saw my illness in an hour and a half breathwork session, but I did.

The constant state of panic was gone. I felt soft and able to take a deep breath.

With each session the relaxation went deeper and stayed longer.

I knew this was a tool I could use to help my clients and loved ones grow beyond wealth to achieve happiness. I researched many breath styles and chose the Elemental Rhythm Breakthrough Experience.

The Elemental Rhythm Breakthrough Experience combines intentional movement, breathwork, and a guided meditation to create a powerful experience. We enhance the experience with music, scent, touch and group connection to create an immersive space for transformation. 

Justin

Justin is a breathwork facilitator with Rising Phoenix Breathwork. Trained by Elemental Rhythm Breathwork and a Reiki Master, he integrates a holistic and spiritual approach to wellness, focusing on the transformative power of breathwork coupled with the perfect, healing, loving energy of Reiki.

His journey into breathwork began as a personal quest to process childhood trauma, regulate my emotions, reduce stress, improve physical and mental health. Through daily practice, he’s discovered the profound impact of conscious breathing on mental clarity, emotional stability, and physical well-being. This personal transformation is fueling my passion to help others connect with their inner selves and unlock their natural capacity for healing. 

He has been working with energy long before his breathwork journey began. Currently, he works in the electronics industry, where he harness the power of electricity to innovate and automate everyday life. This lifelong fascination with energy has translated into his passion for breathwork, allowing him to help clients harness their inner energy for healing and transformation.

His approach centers on the idea that breathwork can be a powerful tool for healing and transformation. By creating a safe and supportive environment, he guides individuals through breathwork sessions that promote deep meditation, emotional release, nervous system reset, trauma release, mental clarity, mystical experiences, and personal growth. 

Heather

Heather embarked on her journey with breathwork in pursuit of healing and self-discovery. After utilizing various healing modalities including yoga, meditation, quantum healing, talk therapy, and recovery programs, she found breathwork to be the transformative practice she had been seeking. It was the missing link.  

She made a commitment to the practice. Attending every group breathwork session she could. Signed up for Breathwork Mastery Series, determined to improve her breathing and reprogram her mind. Hired Stephanie as her breathwork coach to help her comb through years of maladaptive survival strategies. She dove deep within her body, tapping into her body wisdom, experiencing profound emotional releases–liberating trapped emotions and trauma. Through breathwork she gained the tools to regulate her nervous system, identify limiting beliefs, and foster a deep sense of self-esteem and inner peace. 

Heather is an avid breather with a daily practice. The positive shifts she has experienced in both her physical and mental well-being have been truly transformative. She is deeply passionate about breathwork and is enthusiastic about sharing its healing benefits with others. She is excited to guide individuals on their own paths towards self-discovery and emotional well-being through intentional breathing techniques.

Outside breathwork, Heather loves spending time with her family and her dog in nature. She is a world traveler and is always on the hunt for her next adventure.
