If you are even thinking about trying out a Rising Phoenix Breathwork session with Stephanie…DO IT. It is an incredibly meaningful experience. But setting aside all of the depth and transcendence... being a better breather literally makes you better at everything. You will learn how to breathe better for every situation. I went to a session without fully knowing what a breathwork session even was. I just knew that I was holding a lot of weight on my shoulders and needed to process some things.
Stephanie carefully explained the process and was an excellent facilitator. I never felt like I was "doing it wrong" and I felt safe to be vulnerable.
By the end of the breathwork rounds, I felt fully in my body and SAFE for the first time in my life.
At one point during the nature walk, I slid on the gravel and the other attendees physically supported me and prevented me from falling. It was a great metaphor for what I needed to feel, hear, and process that day. The group container added to the experience for me and I felt supported by the others in the room.
Since the session I have approached life with boldness. Pushing myself in my business and personal life. I feel happier than ever. I can't recommend it enough and there are so many people I would drag to this if I could.

The experience was hard to describe. Letting go, clearing the fog, drowning out everything that is unnecessary. Feeling the colors, tasting the sounds, tingling in your fingers and toes, emotions flood. Facing the things you typically try to set aside or block out–seeing them from a different perspective.
Stephanie is amazing! Even stepping into the same room as her gives off a warm, safe and comforting aura. I came in with vast and vague goals, as there’s so many aspects of life that could always use some tlc.
In a loud, fast paced world and minds to match, I wondered if a session would be long enough to actually reach a meditative state, but in session my concept of time was skewed. It didn’t take long at all with the environment provided! Being guided and coached with music, instruments, praises, scents, visual sensory deprivation isn’t just something you can do full force at home with a YouTube tutorial.
A favorite that stood out to me was “shaking” therapy and will definitely utilize that more often! Putting on a blinding mask and feeling my body follow a rhythm, or stray from that rhythm and release primal movements like no other…It was simply beautiful to have a safe space to let go with movements of purpose from my head to my toenails.
With my next future sessions I hope to work on every possible scope of a self healing journey we should all explore!! Personal, professional, relationships, familial or otherwise, trauma, faults or downfalls, self esteem, future goals….- the list goes on!

I have struggled to meditate since my baby was born. My brain is constantly thinking of the something I need to do. When I come to breathwork, I focus on the breath. I follow directions and before I know it, my mind is still and I'm deep in meditation.
