In this gentle, heart-centered breathwork session, we will slow down and tune in, using the breath to deepen our connection to ourselves. The heart chakra is our center of love, compassion, and inner harmony—when we breathe with intention, we create space to feel, to heal, and to reconnect with the love that already exists within us.
Through slow, rhythmic breathing patterns, we will soften into presence, allowing the breath to guide us toward a state of openness and self-acceptance. This session is designed to cultivate a sense of inner peace, offering a moment to nurture yourself, listen to your heart, and simply be.
How you breathe affects your whole body. Proper breathing can help you sleep, lower your blood pressure, improve your immune system and athletic performance while increasing your overall sense of happiness. The Elemental Rhythm Breakthrough Experience is an active meditation that uses the breath to enter into a non-ordinary state of consciousness, creating the opportunity for inner exploration and rest.
No prior experience is needed—just bring an open heart and a willingness to breathe.. Bring a journal, pillow, a yoga mat, and an open mind. Registration is required as space is limited. Please consult with your doctor before doing breathwork if you have any of the following conditions. Pregnancy, have a history of seizures, brain aneurysms, torn retina, glaucoma, untreated high blood pressure, heart disease or are recovering from surgery. If you have extreme PTSD, please consult with your therapist before attending breathwork.
