Full Moon Mother’s Day Breathwork & Cold Plunge

Mother’s Day is complex for most people. 

It can be a celebration of love, laughter, growth and gratitude. For others, it’s a reminder of loss, absence, complexity, or pain. And for many, it’s all of it at once. 

Whether you’re a mom feeling unseen, a child healing from a strained maternal bond, missing your mother, or simply feeling a lot on this day—this breathwork session is for you. Men and women are welcome. 

In this breathwork session, we will step into the sacred act of mothering ourselves. We'll hold space to honor what has been, while nurturing the parts of us that are ready to be seen, soothed, and set free.

You’ll be guided on a Slow Flow breathwork and meditation. We’ll create space for the full range of experience: to celebrate, to grieve, to honor, to release. This is a time to care for you—to reconnect with your breath, feel what’s true, and gently let go of what no longer serves you.

To complete the experience, you’re invited to participate in an optional cold plunge. Cold exposure has been shown to reduce inflammation, improve circulation, regulate the nervous system, and elevate mood by increasing dopamine and endorphin levels.

In this special Mother’s Day ceremony the cold plunge becomes more than a physical reset—it’s an invitation to meet discomfort with intention, to embody resilience, and to emerge with a deepened sense of clarity and presence. As you meet the cold with conscious breath, it becomes a physical expression of your inner work as you are supported by community. 

Together, we’ll breathe into truth, healing, and the radical possibility of wholeness—on your terms.
