Breathwork is an active meditation and mindfulness practice that centers your awareness on the present moment. You will be guided by a trained facilitator through various breathing techniques set to music. The breathing patterns will help you experience deep meditation, release any emotions trapped in the body and allow you to access deep insight and self awareness.

Rising Phoenix Breathwork uses a variety of breathpatterns and holds that use the latest findings from neuroscience. Practicing regular breathwork can reduce stress and anxiety, lower blood pressure, and stop acute stress responses. By triggering physiological responses in the brain and body, breathwork releases serotonin and dopamine, which instantly improve how you feel and reset your nervous system.
