2. Payment Terms
Class Fees: You will be charged a one-time fee for attending group breathwork classes.
Membership Fees: Memberships may be available with recurring subscription charges, which will be clearly communicated to you at the time of sign-up.
3. Health Disclaimer
Breathwork is a powerful and transformative practice. However, it may not be suitable for everyone. By participating in our classes, you acknowledge that:
You are in good physical and mental health and able to participate in breathwork activities.
You are not currently suffering from any serious medical or psychiatric conditions, including but not limited to heart conditions, asthma, anxiety disorders, or pregnancy, unless cleared by a medical professional.
You understand that breathwork can induce emotional or physical sensations that may be intense or uncomfortable.
If you have any health concerns, please consult with a healthcare provider before participating. You are required to sign a waiver before attending any class, confirming your understanding and agreement to the above.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rising Phoenix Breathwork is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to personal injury or loss of data, that may result from your participation in our services. You agree to use our services at your own risk and to hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of our services.

6. Dispute Resolution
