Slow Flow w/ Heather

  • Sastun Direct 8756 West 151st Street Overland Park, KS, 66221 United States (map)

This style of breathwork is a compliment to the more active transformational breathwork experiences. The slow flow is the yin to the yang. In this slow flow you will surrender into yourself and the breath, bringing  you into a deep parasympathetic state, unlocking the nervous system and releasing emotions. Many people experience a deep sense of peace and relaxation and emotional release. The flow is perfect for people who have experienced trauma or someone who has trouble keeping up with more intense breathing patterns.

Studies reveal  that by changing the patterns of breathing it is possible to restore balance to the stress response systems, calm an agitated mind, relieve symptoms of anxiety, and PTSD, improve physical health and endurance, elevate performance, and enhance relationships. How you breathe affects your whole body. Proper breathing can help you sleep, lower blood pressure, improve your immune system and athletic performance while increasing your overall sense of happiness.

This is a transformational technique that can ignite intense inner exploration through entering into a non-ordinary state of consciousness.

In each  session you are guided through an intentional  and accelerated way of conscious breathing. This circular, connected breathing pattern allows you to access your subconscious mind, process and release repressed memories and emotions being stored in the body.

This session is guided by Heather, this session invites you to explore the healing power of intentional breathing. Heather’s journey from self-discovery to transformation fuels her enthusiasm to help others embrace the profound benefits of breathwork.

*In case of inclement weather this session will be held online.
