In this slow flow you will surrender into yourself and the breath. Bringing you into a deep parasympathetic state, potentially unlocking the nervous system and releasing emotions. The flow is also perfect for people who have experienced trauma or someone who has trouble keeping up with more intense breathing patterns.

In a session you are guided through a specific, controlled and accelerated way of consciously breathing. This is a circular, connected breathing pattern that allows you to access your subconscious mind and process repressed memories and emotions being stored in the body.
