This breathwork experience is set to healing music from around the world. You will be guided through a variety of breath patterns and holds. The music and breath work together– quieting the thinking brain, allowing the subconscious mind to process without the chatter. You will go into a powerful, deep meditation with ease.
It is an incredibly powerful healing modality that can facilitate deep emotional, psychological, and physical release.
No experience is necessary. Bring a journal, pillow, a yoga mat and an open mind.
Registration is required as space is limited.
